Majestic Meat Co. is a food servicing company, and more specifically, proteins. This means anything meat related, we can provide it. Our main customers are Utah based restaurants. Some of which include Valter’s Osteria, Log Haven Restaurant, River Horse on Main, Vessel Kitchen, Red Rock Brewery, Yuki Yama Sushi, Tsunami Restaurant & Sushi Bar, and Bambara. Even though the vast majority of business is “B2B” we do provide retail business. Many friends of those who work at Majestic Meat Co. buy their meat from us.

Majestic Meat Co. has an extremely impressive lineup of exclusive farms that we have chosen to partner with. Our exclusive partnerships include 44 Farms which is located in the city of Cameron. The 44 Farms ranch is the largest registered Black Angus cattle producer in Texas. 44 Farms is a working ranch, not a factory. A close relationship between rancher and livestock is what has helped make 44 Farms one of the premier Black Angus producers in the industry.

Certified Piedmontese comes all the way from Italy and is now raised in Nebraska. Unlike other breeds, the Piedmontese has a unique genetic makeup. Certified Piedmontese Cattle are free to roam, enjoying all-natural feeds, fresh water, and comfortable surroundings. Piedmontese cattle quite literally have different genes, which makes it one of the most unique and rare product to experience.

Smart Chicken out of Tecumseh Nebraska could very well be home to the world’s healthiest and flavorful chicken. Being the only producer in the country to hold both Certified Organic and Certified Humane statues, Smart Chicken has innovated the way chicken are raised and processed.

Compart Premium Duroc Pork is considered by many as the “black angus” of the pork industry. This is the result of a carefully managed pork breeding program. Compart Duroc hogs are bred, born, and raised on efficient family farms where family members are involved in the management of their stock. The breeding program is the result of over 75 years of combining the very best purebred lines of the Duroc breed.  

Grassland Dairy is a 5th generation family owned butter provider. As one of the nation’s largest butter producers, Grasslands is able to meet any and all needs our customers may have. With an extremely impressive line of products that range from the usual salted butter to grass-fed and even non-GMO butter, there is something for every cooking need.

We also provide commodity choices and other farms such as Durham Ranch for game, Morgan Valley Lamb, and Hi-Grade.

Our business offers custom services for those who raise their own livestock, including on-site slaughter. We use your own specifications on how to package your order.

Our store also features a well-stocked meat counter where you can order specific cuts. You can order your favorite meats in a one-pound package to 100 pounds or more.

Looking to fill your freezer? We sell Local beef by the Quarter, Half, or Whole. We also sell pork by the Half or Whole. We also offer some great specials on freezer variety packs, found on our Specials page above. Don’t forget to stop by and try our famous beef jerky, made right here in our own store! We have a wide variety of flavors including Pepper, Teriyaki, Cajun, and Honey Teriyaki. At only $25.00/lb. our jerky is available by the piece or by the pound.

Palace Meat Company

We currently offer packaged beef, lamb, fish, bison and pork. We also have assorted cheeses such as cheddar, Swiss, provolone, and American cheese.

It was 1893 in Salt Lake City Utah, a humble little meat market opened its doors on Main street, offering fresh cut meats to all its customers. The floors were covered with saw dust and deliveries were made around the city by ice box wagons pulled by a team of horses. Every customer was known by name and each order was specifically cut to the desires of the customer.

In 1947 Palace Meat Company was owned by Earnest Roland and was Located at 375 South 200 West (which is currently 300 West) across from Pioneer Park.  That same year it was purchased from Mr. Roland by Walter Pace.  Walter, or Walt as we called, him had high hopes of growing the humble little meat market into something bigger but without losing that special personal touch paid to each of its customers.

Walt, and his partners Dean Pace and Walt’s son Earl Pace worked diligently to link Palace Meats name to the ideals of Honesty and Quality. In 1954 Walt discovered that the rent was going up. So, Walt, Dean and Earl decided that if they were going to have to pay more it might as well be an investment. So, they purchased the land were the current Palace Meat stands and built a new home for Palace Meat.

Great value for your dollar. Get sandwich meats, double the amount for a fraction of the price. Great way to feed a group or party without breaking the bank. They are also very generous to their community and contribute to local schools, and the city including providing the meat to feed the whole town prime rib dinner once a year for free.

It’s great! The quality of lunch meat you get there is half the price as the supermarket and it’s delicious. Since our opening in 1950, we have offered specialized custom processing of our customers’ animals.  Be it beef, pork, lamb or wild game, it is our goal to cut and wrap your meat to “meet” your specifcations.  We use state of the art equipment and technology to carefully cut and package you product.  We are able to accomadate any small amount (one carcass) intended for one family, up to many animals intended for wholesale distribustion.  Our USDA inspection allows us to process your product, if you so desire, to be shipped interstate or even exported.  We offer private labeling of our jerky to venders all across the U.S. We also have a retail store for our products to be purchased.
