The Kinlands

At the Kinlands you’ll find a farm focused on the seasons and in partnership with the land. We have a market on-site, programs that aim at connecting with animals in new ways, a summer camp for kids, a popcorn line that is sold nationwide, and seasonal events including our flower picking, pumpkin patch and fresh cut trees.

We believe the land and the animals are part of our team, and we hope that when the community visits they are able to get closer to the wild intuition we all have and leave with a feeling that can’t be ignored.

When you visit our old world market you’ll find fresh produce, pastries, baked bread, coffee, tea, cocktails, and pantry items. Visit for unique collections of home provisions, personal care must-haves, linens, and cast iron kitchen essentials. We’re also excited to be partnering with creators around the country, bringing exclusive sets of handmade designs of leatherworks, woodworks and metalworks.

Reviews:

The name may have changed, but the incredible produce and other very cool items in the store have not changed. I love the quality of their produce, I love the options and choices they have in the produce. Their employees even help you choose between multiple varieties that tastes just as good of the same fruit and vegetable. This is one of my favorite times of year, or the produce becomes plentiful. And Kinlands is one of my favorite places to get it. Their homey, country store is also amazing. And as fall begins to come in, the best in home decor and kitchen items (such as ceramic coated dutch ovens) come out in the best colors. Stop in and see for yourself. Meet the friendly staff. And get some great food to take home and improve your table.”– R M Emerson Jr, Google Review

If there was a way to give 10 stars I would. I LOVE this farm. The market is unreal and the owners appear to be extremely kind hearted and knowledgeable. Mostly all the staff is super helpful and the produce is out of this world amazing. I have stopped shopping at my local grocery stores and primarily ONLY shop here. The land is such and experience and you can have so many wonderful conversations about so many things from the land to the veggies in your cart. The prepared products are so tasty too! Our whole family loves farm days, and I’m so thankful I’ve found a place I can call “my own” even though it’s not! This place is simply MAGICAL! — Melissa Hawes, Google Review

So fun! We did the Autumn Land Experience, and had a blast. Really got to see the personalities of the goats. Huge selection of pumpkins, and very charming market as well. Spent a good 2 and a half hours taking it all in! — The Rachael, Google Review

Our fruit and vegetable selection includes: sweet corn (our main squeeze), green beans, summer and winter squash, tomatoes, tomatillos, egg plant, varieties of peppers, onions, garlic, cucumbers, honey, chick peas, potatoes, apples, peaches, cantaloupe, and watermelon.

During the fall we also sell several varieties of pumpkins. Our farm hosts a fun, old-fashioned fall festival each year…complete with pumpkin picking, a straw slide, and a hay ride.

Amazing produce! Everything is fresh and tastes great. The sweet corn and peaches are fantastic. Friendly service and good prices. Would recommend for your seasonal produce.” – Adam Smith, Google Review

Fresh local fruits & vegetables. I highly recommend.” – Janice Jalober, Google Review

This is my go to place to shop for tomatoes and fresh corn. The corn this year has been fantastic! And I have loved eating a fresh tomato each day. The price for the tomatoes is comparable to other places. The corn is a bit more but you just can’t beat the freshness. They bring it in straight from the field. I have not had a bad ear yet, it’s not old, immature and I haven’t seen a single worm or bug. I am very picky about my corn and this corn is very clean and flavorable. I highly recommend this place, it’s well worth the drive.” – Carrie Davis, Google Review

Bonneville Produce Farms

Bonneville Farms Produce grows local sweet corn, tomatoes, melons and giant pumpkins.

We grow our produce on a small farm south of Delta, Utah, in Millard county. We grow both organic and conventional produce but most of our farm is operated under integrated farming practices, taking the best practices of organic and the best practices of conventional production, allowing us to implement the best practices from both worlds. We grow sweet corn, tomatoes, pumpkins, watermelon and peppers and have planted peaches and apples for future production. We also have honey bees. Our produce is available at the Farm Bureau farmers markets and Orem farmers market and select grocery retailers in central Utah. Bonneville Farms Produce also sells to several restaurants along the Wasatch front.

Rocky Top Fruit Farm

We specialize in u-pick fruit. Our goal is to provide a healthy alternative to what you can purchase in the store or at roadside stands. You know exactly where your fruit came from. You know exactly when it was picked. You know exactly who has been handling your fruit! We grow sweet cherries, peaches, apples and berries. We are extending the current dead end road to bring our customers right to our new shed. We have future plans for an animal display of chickens, goats, etc. to enjoy.

We have our own beehives and extract our own honey and you can buy it here! These hives NEVER leave our property.  The bees are not in some neighbor’s sprayed yards. We have sheep to the south and cows to the north. The honey is raw and has an excellent flavor. We extract it by spinning and screening and not heating.

Our philosophy is if we feed our animals and our trees with healthy nutrients, they will not get sick. We use as many organic pest control methods as possible. Occasionally we have to spray for something as we monitor pests, but avoid this at all costs when there is fruit ready to pick. Our cherries are definitely grown and cared for organically. We do as much trapping as possible in our peaches and apples. Our berries are never sprayed for pests after they begin setting blossoms.

Excellent, giant blackberries! My kids and I loved picking twice this summer!

We came to pick peaches, and we loved it! So fun, easy, and delicious. They take cards, which was a great surprise. Would definitely recommend.

My mom, sister, and I stumbled upon Phelps Fruit and Berry Farm 2 weeks ago. It is a hidden gem! Signs clearly mark the way to the farm. There’s parking very close to the fruit trees. We picked peaches and they were super delicious! It was easy to pay and we even picked up some jam! I brought my college roommates back yesterday and we were just as pleased! We each got some jam and this time we picked a whole box of peaches! We can hardly wait for them to ripen!

Elden Foods Honey

100% Pure Raw Honey – that’s where we start.  We take care that our honey is kept as close to nature as possible.

Elden Foods Honey is:

Gravity separated, not force filtered; it retains all the enzymes/pollen

Kept at Raw temperatures

Harvested via organic processes

100% Pure Honey – never mixed with lower quality honeys

We take pride in keeping our honey raw, chemical and pesticide free, and as close to nature as it gets. When you taste Elden Foods honey, it should always taste like you went out to your local bee-keepers backyard hive: Delicious, Sweet, and Natural.

Creamed Honey

Creamed honey can be a real treat, a little sweeter than regular because of the crystallization, a more robust flavor, and a whole lot nicer to use!

It can be tricky to get a real nice, smooth creamed honey that’s not too solid, and not too liquid., all while being extra smooth. We’d like to think we found just the right consistency, soft enough to spread on warm toast, but firm enough to stay on the spreading knife. Of course, all of our creamed honey meets the same high standards as our regular honey. Still raw, still unfiltered, still 100% Pure Honey.

Four Country Gals

What if you could find a “dessert sauce” that pretty much… tops all your desserts?

That would be us with our Four Country Gals “Traditional Mexican Caramel Sauce”. Made with the milk from our own dairy goats, using top-quality, organic ingredients from around the world, we labor over hot stoves for nearly 8 hours, simmering and stirring, reducing the water content to create the most beautiful, silky smooth caramel you’ve ever put into your mouth.

Our sauce has the utmost in character, aroma that makes your mouth water, and finally a flavor that you just can’t get out of your brain. It’s very sticky!

We currently product The Original Traditional Mexican Caramel Sauce (this tastes just like the real deal from Celayla Mexico),a “Jacked Up!” (made with Jack Daniels Tennessee Whiskey and a hint of cayenne pepper), and “Spiced Up!” (the original with Utah’s Own Outlaw Distillery Spiced Rum).

Our honey is produced by bees who range over to our neighbor’s gardens. They are all organic too. They also consume the nectar from 1000’s of wildflowers on our desert to make the most incredible honey you’ll ever eat. Each batch is unique to the season and the year.

We also have begun a soap making operation. Right now, many of our soaps are unscented goat milk soap. Later we will include scented soaps.
