The Kinlands

At the Kinlands you’ll find a farm focused on the seasons and in partnership with the land. We have a market on-site, programs that aim at connecting with animals in new ways, a summer camp for kids, a popcorn line that is sold nationwide, and seasonal events including our flower picking, pumpkin patch and fresh cut trees.

We believe the land and the animals are part of our team, and we hope that when the community visits they are able to get closer to the wild intuition we all have and leave with a feeling that can’t be ignored.

When you visit our old world market you’ll find fresh produce, pastries, baked bread, coffee, tea, cocktails, and pantry items. Visit for unique collections of home provisions, personal care must-haves, linens, and cast iron kitchen essentials. We’re also excited to be partnering with creators around the country, bringing exclusive sets of handmade designs of leatherworks, woodworks and metalworks.

Reviews:

The name may have changed, but the incredible produce and other very cool items in the store have not changed. I love the quality of their produce, I love the options and choices they have in the produce. Their employees even help you choose between multiple varieties that tastes just as good of the same fruit and vegetable. This is one of my favorite times of year, or the produce becomes plentiful. And Kinlands is one of my favorite places to get it. Their homey, country store is also amazing. And as fall begins to come in, the best in home decor and kitchen items (such as ceramic coated dutch ovens) come out in the best colors. Stop in and see for yourself. Meet the friendly staff. And get some great food to take home and improve your table.”– R M Emerson Jr, Google Review

If there was a way to give 10 stars I would. I LOVE this farm. The market is unreal and the owners appear to be extremely kind hearted and knowledgeable. Mostly all the staff is super helpful and the produce is out of this world amazing. I have stopped shopping at my local grocery stores and primarily ONLY shop here. The land is such and experience and you can have so many wonderful conversations about so many things from the land to the veggies in your cart. The prepared products are so tasty too! Our whole family loves farm days, and I’m so thankful I’ve found a place I can call “my own” even though it’s not! This place is simply MAGICAL! — Melissa Hawes, Google Review

So fun! We did the Autumn Land Experience, and had a blast. Really got to see the personalities of the goats. Huge selection of pumpkins, and very charming market as well. Spent a good 2 and a half hours taking it all in! — The Rachael, Google Review

Dibble Farms

We are a fourth generation family farm, specializing in fall harvest products. We produce potatoes and pack them for winter storage: Pontiac Red, Yukon Gold, and Canela Russet.  We also produce and sell a variety of winter squash, pumpkins, gourds, corn stalks, straw, Indian corn.  We also raise and pack our popcorn.  We supply various garden shops and nurseries throughout the Wasatch Front with these products. Most of our products, however, are sold directly from our farm location.

Gib’s Gourmet

Do you have that one special recipe that people tell you, “wow that’s so good you should sell it?”

Well we do, and we’re happy to be able to share it with Utah.  We’re Gib’s Gourmet, and we’re not shy to say we make –hands down- the world’s greatest caramel corn!   We figure, if you’ve got to have a snack it better be good, and that’s why we only use all natural ingredients. Our popcorn, presently available in English Toffee and Sweet and Salted Caramel,  is rich and buttery and will satisfy even the worst case of the munchies, Guaranteed!

The White Cheddar Soup base is out of this world. The first time I had it was at my Sister-in-law’s house during a BYU football game. I was so glad she made enough to have 2nds and 3rds. When I describe it to my friends I tell them it taste’s like the soup you get at expensive restaurants for $7.00 for a small cup. It is very versatile and so easy to make. I use it for quick meals.

My son hates soup of any kind. So normally I don’t make soup because I don’t want the argument. My mother dropped off some creamy turkey chili she made using Shirley J Original Cream Soup and Sauce Mix. I didn’t feel like making anything else that night so I gave the kids the chili. The whole time my son keep saying, “Mom, this is good! I don’t like soup but I like this!” The son that has always hated soup, slurped this chili right up! In fact, both he and my three-year old daughter finished their entire meals, which never happens!

Great apple cider, cider doughnuts, ice cream and so much more. We love to take our boys here around Halloween to do the hay ride and pick out pumpkins. They have lots of fun activities too! Would recommend this place to others!

This is an adorable country store! The atmosphere draws you in. The food sold here keeps you coming back. Make sure you try the ice cream, it is the BEST. And the ice cream may seem a little pricey, but the portions are enormous!

The Honey Jar

We are proud supporters of the buy local movement and producers of delicious, pure raw honey from Northern Utah. Honeyville is an ideal place to gather honey. Because of Utah’s desert climate, the moisture content of our honey is very low, making it more sugar dense. It is deliciously sweet.

To us, raw honey means pure honey that is as it exists in the hive. It has been abstracted and strained, but not pasteurized or heated above 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Raw honey has a much finer crystal than honey that has been heated and pasteurized. Raw, unprocessed honey also retains the beneficial pollen, minerals and enzymes that can be destroyed during commercial processing.

If you’re in the Honeyville area in the warm months, stop by our self-serve honey stand. You can also purchase honey and honey sticks for your home, restaurant or shop from our online store.
