We’re dedicated to our family farm, to growing the best food for our customers, and to bringing it to them fresh.

We believe in eating locally and seasonally, and in growing what our customers need to enjoy the seasons as well. From summer corn to fall gourds to squash that can make it to winter in your pantry, our produce is carefully grown, harvested, and sold at local farm stands and local grocery stores. You’ll notice the difference the minute you try it.

Join us seasonally for fun farmstead events in West Weber – event details are found on our website, or find – Sweet Corn. Onions. Winter Squash. Pumpkins – at one of our local produce stands.

Frog Bench Farms

Frog Bench Farms (FBF) is an organic urban farm nestled into the Wasatch foothills of Salt Lake City growing a little under two acres of high quality veggies, herbs, fruits, cut flowers, nuts, micro/petite greens and edible flowers since 2012. Our business model thrives on building local chef relations, who prepare our produce in beautiful ways for their eateries.

Whenever possible all plants are started from seed. We utilize cold frames, low/high hoop houses and our 2800 square foot greenhouse to grow year round. Our small organization sells to local restaurants and food trucks in a 15 mile radius.

Our operation relies heavily on solar power, a water collection system, composting, crop rotation, beneficial insects, and cover crops. These are better for the environment and create a better tasting product when it hits your plate!

Sometimes it’s not the quantity produced, but rather the quality of the product. Here at Frog Bench Farms we focus on bringing the most delicious ingredients to our local chefs.

Borski Farms

Borski Farms CSA features a wide variety of fresh, organically grown vegetables, fruits, and herbs picked at the peak of ripeness. Look forward to herbs such as oregano, Italian parsley, basil, and sage.

Borski Farms CSA Program is 15 weeks long, starting in late June and ending in early October. One share contains a small amount (approximately 1 pound per item) of four to six different items per week.

Look forward to salad greens, peas, beets, garlic, squash, cherries, apricots, beans, corn, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, onions, carrots, peaches, raspberries, eggplant, potatoes, apples and melons throughout the summer months. We even offer jack-o-lanterns pumpkins in October. Visit us at our roadside stand, at the Salt Lake City Farmers Market, or become one of our CSA members.

Black Island Farm

We are a working vegetable farm with about 300 acres in cultivation. At Black Island Farms, we grow carrots, onions, cabbage, corn, pumpkins, squash, and gourds. Please come and visit us at our farm stand or bring your family to the farm this fall—and our family will be here to welcome you!

We love Black Island Farms! We have been coming here for years. I have seen others complain about the prices, but you get what you pay for. They are really quite cheap compared to other mazes. There is so much fun to be had, so much to do. They have 3 different mazes, a hay ride to the pumpkin patch where you get to pick your own pumpkin (included in price) as well as slides and swings, turkey and pig races. I highly recommend bringing your family out here!!!!

The best part about it is that it’s open Sundays (literally the only patch that is!). But even with it being the only one that’s open, it wasn’t overcrowded at 2PM (in fact, the tractor ride and two smaller slides didn’t even have lines). There’s parking on both the West and East sides of the street, but the maze and everything are on the West side. When you first walk into the gates, there are ticketing booths to the South and the Hayride line to the West. Buy your tickets first before going to the Hayride. Once past the ticketing booths, there is a small “farmer’s market” with several types of squash. Then comes The Courtyard, a big open field surrounded by pens of animals (calves, turkeys, pigs, goats, chickens/roosters, geese), a Turkey Race track, Piglet Race track, tire swings, three sizes of slides (slick plastic sheets overlaying haystacks or the largest is a big tube 2.5 stories up), a barrel tractor ride (adults under 250lbs can ride, too!), a corn kernel “sandbox,” and one little food truck. There’s live music by the food truck, which was kind of unfortunate placement in that ordering was made more difficult by the loud music. The food is a bit overpriced and my chicken tenders were still cold in the middle, but it was palatable. The Corn Maze is fun, though by this last weekend there were well-worn “shortcuts” from people just walking between the stalks, so it wasn’t as challenging. Overall, we had fun and my toddler nephews loved it, so we have made note to go back again next year! Maybe we’ll try to the Hayride because it looked fun (and it’s not a bad deal since it comes with a pumpkin that you pick out on the ride).

I was surprised at how much fun this place was to spend our Halloween. There was hardly anyone here. We played endlessly on the slides, loved the little train (we went twice), and had so much fun we didn’t even get time to go in the corn Maze. The hamburgers were DELICIOUS which I wasn’t expecting. We hung around the bonfire after dark and were very happy we spent our day at BIF.

Copper Moose Farm

Copper Moose Farm is located in Park City, Utah—elevation 7,000 feet. Growing at this altitude, with over 300 inches of snow per year, is a challenging and exciting adventure. We are excited to provide the best organically/biodynamically grown produce and cut flowers for the Park City community.

Dash of Granola Farm

We started Dash of Granola by going to the Kaysville Farmers Markets on Thursdays selling cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, pumpkins, and corn stalks. This past season we doubled our production and are more excited than ever!

We will be at every Kaysville market this next summer selling Hooper tomatoes, peppers, onions, leeks, summer and winter squash, herbs, kale, leafy greens, beets, tomatillos, farm fresh eggs, Stella’s fresh cut flowers, and much more.

3 Squares Produce

3 Squares Produce is a small family farming operation in Davis and Salt Lake counties. We grow fruits and vegetables naturally, meeting or exceeding organic standards. We grow on nearly 10 acres, spread over two counties and nine separate plots of land. We have two very small orchards in Davis County, two vegetables fields in West Valley City, in Salt Lake County, and five private residential gardens in Salt Lake County. We also have a small orchard and CSA in Bountiful, Utah—the last orchard on Orchard Drive.

We make the most out of a small amount of land using vertical growing techniques and concentrated plantings. Wonderful Utah peaches are available mid-August through mid-September. We also grow cherries, apples, tomatoes, peppers, summer and winter squash, garlic, onions, potatoes, melons, kale, spinach, salad greens, beets, and more.
