Frog Bench Farms (FBF) is an organic urban farm nestled into the Wasatch foothills of Salt Lake City growing a little under two acres of high quality veggies, herbs, fruits, cut flowers, nuts, micro/petite greens and edible flowers since 2012. Our business model thrives on building local chef relations, who prepare our produce in beautiful ways for their eateries.
Whenever possible all plants are started from seed. We utilize cold frames, low/high hoop houses and our 2800 square foot greenhouse to grow year round. Our small organization sells to local restaurants and food trucks in a 15 mile radius.
Our operation relies heavily on solar power, a water collection system, composting, crop rotation, beneficial insects, and cover crops. These are better for the environment and create a better tasting product when it hits your plate!
Sometimes it’s not the quantity produced, but rather the quality of the product. Here at Frog Bench Farms we focus on bringing the most delicious ingredients to our local chefs.
Bonneville Farms Produce grows local sweet corn, tomatoes, melons and giant pumpkins.
We grow our produce on a small farm south of Delta, Utah, in Millard county. We grow both organic and conventional produce but most of our farm is operated under integrated farming practices, taking the best practices of organic and the best practices of conventional production, allowing us to implement the best practices from both worlds. We grow sweet corn, tomatoes, pumpkins, watermelon and peppers and have planted peaches and apples for future production. We also have honey bees. Our produce is available at the Farm Bureau farmers markets and Orem farmers market and select grocery retailers in central Utah. Bonneville Farms Produce also sells to several restaurants along the Wasatch front.
Since 2016 Gusto Brazil is turning a Brazilian tradition into an American passion, providing Brazilian Cheese Bread to restaurant chains and retail stores in more than 30 states in the USA. We have a very unique product made with Tapioca flour and real cheese: Mozzarella and Parmesan. Our bread is also GLUTEN-FREE, NON-GMO, SUGAR-FREE, TRANS FAT-FREE, ALL NATURAL and LOW CARBS.

A great little Farmer’s market open on weekdays. Just what I was wishing for! Besides local produce, they have an interesting selection of other locally made products. And they are located right on State Street so are easy to get to.

The first time I tried Gossner’s milk was in the 80’s when I was in The Army. It was given to us while we were in the field for training. I was very proud that we were being served a product from my home state. I recently went to your store with my mother and was very impressed. The cheese selection is wonderful! I introduced my grandchildren to the milk. They love it! I look forward to our next trip!
