The Utah State University Student Organic farm provides an opportunity for students to learn all aspects of running a successful certified-organic market garden and CSA (community supported agriculture) program.
Our CSA shares come in two sizes: full and half. Half shares provide enough veggies for two to three people. Full shares feed approximately four to six people. Shareholders receive produce weekly beginning May through September—averaging 20 weeks of locally grown, organic produce.
Reap the benefits of our fruitful harvest on the USU campus every Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the Taggart Student Center plaza. We also sell starts for your own garden as early as mid-April.

Located on the Eastern Bench of Cache Valley, Utah, the Zollinger Fruit and Tree Farm grows high-quality produce and nursery products for both retail and wholesale.
The diversity of products has grown to include over 80 varieties of ornamental and fruit trees as well as a wide variety of shrubs and perennials. In the fall, apples are still harvested and sold to a local fresh market. Many of the 13 apple varieties are blended to make the apple cider, which the Zollinger family is so well known for.
Butcher’s Bunches makes no-sugar-added jams, marmalades, chutneys, relishes, fruit spreads, and balsamic vinegars. We do not add any artificial sweeteners or artificial preservatives and have created a 100 percent natural product for you to enjoy.
We have a variety of flavors utilizing local raspberries, peaches, apricots, cherries, blackberries, peppers, and onions. We also source lemons, Strawberry Guava fruit, California Mission Figs, and Deglet Noor Dates from other sustainably producing USA outlets. Feel free to ask us where the fruit in your jar came from. We can tell you!
Butcher’s Bunches Handcrafted Preserves of Logan, Utah is committed to preserving the roots of our community. We support farmers who grow sustainably, follow traditional family recipes, and embrace America’s diverse cultural harmony. American pioneers grew and gathered food, then preserved it over open flame while exploring the foundation of our country. Butcher’s Bunches preserves in that same fashion—respecting our roots and heritage. We use the same tin and aluminum pots over flame and each batch is stirred, poured, and labelled by hand. Please enjoy the true taste of what our farmers work so hard to give us. Try Butcher’s Bunches today.
