The Cluck Truck specializes in serving Gourmet Fried Chicken. To maximize flavor, the chicken is brined for 24 hours and breaded daily in a corn flake dredge mixed with secret spices. They pride themselves on serving locally sourced chicken and Utah made tortillas. All of their sauces are made in-house, with a variety of delicious options to choose from (including the fan favorite Mango-Jalapeño!). The Cluck Truck offers menu items such as fried chicken wraps, chicken strips meals, chicken salads, sandwiches and daily specials like “Manwhich Monday”, “Taco Tuesday”, and “Wing Wednesday”. They also offer vegetarian and gluten free options upon request.

I L💛VE me some Cluck Truck! Their food is amazing, and they are extremely friendly and remember their customers. Food truck magic, for sure! We try to make a run whenever they are in the South part of the valley.

Clucking amazing chicken!! I tried the Hawaiian wrap and the Buffalo wrap, and they were both so freaking good. For the Hawaiian wrap, just the great balance of the bbq slaw and the mango jalapeño sauce sealed the deal for me. For the Buffalo wrap, the sauce was spicy enough to have a kick but not too spicy to numb your tastebuds to the point of not being able to taste anything else. The amount of kick for both wraps is just perfect. The fries are fried to perfection; the outside crispy enough to give a crunch with each bite yet the potato inside is nice and soft.
The new owners of this truck are so so nice and friendly, provide great recommendations for the kind of wrap you’ll like, and just in general give you great customer service.
Try out their wraps!! You’ll melt over how good they are. Not kidding.
I love it !!!� Its clucking delicious. I like the original and hawaiian the best. The cole slaw really adds a wonderful dimension to the wraps. They even made my husband a salad because he can’t eat the totilla. He loved it and said it was great.
