Located just a block south of Pioneer Park, Bewilder Brewing Co. is Salt Lake’s newest brewpub. From our start in homebrewing, and operating Salt City Brew Supply, to opening Bewilder, we have always had a focus on helping people in their discovery of the craft beer world and the process of brewing beer. We have a love of style specific beer, but have fun venturing into the unique as well. Bewilder has 16 tap handles that we are working to fill as we grow and hope people will follow us on our journey in this new venture.
Bewilder also has food, and we are open for lunch to cater to the people working and living in downtown SLC. Our kitchen makes in-house traditional and unique sausages from scratch, along with pickles and fermented vegetables to pair with those regional beers from the brewery. A selection of appetizers, sandwiches, salads and scones round out the menu to give everyone an option to enjoy.
If you are exploring downtown Salt Lake City on foot, bike, or scooter we are close to most downtown amenities, and if you are driving downtown from the suburbs, we have dedicated and overflow parking at the brewery to make things easy.
We blend Argentine heritage with a healthy desire to eat clean, fresh foods made with ingredients from local farmers to create the best handcrafted empanadas in the Salt Lake Valley. It’s a product from a different country, made with the naturally delicious agricultural products Utah is known for.
We pride ourselves by offering six varieties of homemade style empanadas, including a vegetarian option, breakfast empanadas and sweet empanadas. Because our foods are made to order, we don’t use frozen ingredients. And, we guarantee the freshness and quality of every empanada.
You can still find us at the farmers market, serving up more than tasty food. It’s also a piece of our history.
Moochie’s is a little gem of a sandwich shop offering up award-winning sandwiches, salads, pasta and soups in a unique local atmosphere. Known for authentic Philly Cheesesteaks and handmade meatball sandwiches, we are a favorite of Utah natives and visitors alike.
Prepare yourself before you visit one of our three locations. You should expect more than a sandwich. We are the life dream of a Philadelphia native who loves waking up every day to make fresh, delicious food. We think good food makes life better.
Miss Essie’s Southern BBQ sauce is a 100-year old recipe of pure authentic southern excellence. Originated in Arkansas by Miss Essie’s father, this BBQ sauce was a close kept family secret that Miss Essie passed onto her son Manuel Jones with hopes that he would continue the tradition of making this authentic BBQ tradition. Our products contain only the best homegrown ingredients available. Miss Essie believed her authentic BBQ sauce and home cooked BBQ meals were a part of the foundation that kept her family happy, friends and neighbors at her table eating. She cherished the BBQ-filled smiles that come along with good food, love and happiness.
