Dried Cherry Pecan Cheese Ball

Tart Cherry Pecan Cheese Ball


8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz goat cheese
3 tbsp toasted pecans, chopped
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp tart cherries
1/3 cup toasted pecans, chopped, for exterior
1/3 cup tart cherries, for exterior
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped


1. Using a mixer beat cream cheese, goat cheese, & honey until smooth and combined. Stir in 3 tbsp of each pecans & dried cherries.
2. Scoop the cheese mixture onto the center of a piece of plastic wrap. Then wrap the remaining outer edges over the cheese, forming it into a ball.
3. Transfer into your refrigerator for 4 hours, until fully chilled & firm.
4. Lay out 1/3 each pecans  & tart cherries, along with the parsley. Place cheese ball on top of toppings & press them in around it.
