Culinary Crafts was flawless in planning and following through on my daughter’s wedding at Quiet Meadow Farms. We absolutely loved working with Culinary Crafts–from beginning to end! Not one single complaint! Thank you for executing everything exactly as we wanted–we had so many compliments on the food! We will definitely be using you again in the future and sharing your information. Rachel Collet specifically was excellent working with–she even made our envision of a classy cake ball wedding cake a reality!! She was top-notch all-around!!

Culinary Crafts catered a dinner at Red Butte Garden’s for one of my company’s clients and we had a wonderful experience working with them. We wanted to do an Alice in Wonderland theme and they had such great ideas for a special sign, fun tablecloths, centerpieces, a special drink in a special container and a little dessert ‘take-a-way’. The best part is that they handled all these details making our job so much easier. From planning to execution every little detail was taken care of and everyone at Culinary Crafts was great to work with.

Cross E Ranch

Cross E Ranch is a family owned, 200 acre farm just North-West of Salt Lake City. We specialize in year-round festivals, education and raising pure-bred Black Angus beef. We are 5th and 6th generation Utah farmers carrying on the agriculture legacy which was left to us by our fore-fathers. Our primary mission is to educate our neighbors and friends about where food comes from and how important farming is to each of our lives. We educate by holding Spring and Fall Festivals, summer day camps and more. We love sharing the open space we have and enjoy providing high-quality, all-natural beef with those interested.

Amazing Evening at Cross E Ranch!! Their baby animal festival is sooo fun. We got to see calves, pigs and piglets, horses, all sorts of goats, bunnies and llamas!! My family and I went on an amazing hayride through their acreage to see all their cattle. We were able to see so so many baby calves and even got to witness a brand new baby calf trying to stand, still all slimy wet with umbilical cord hanging. Such a phenomenal experience!! Go check them out, you won’t regret it!!

All of the staff was super friendly. Food was yummy it was all around a great time. My kids didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to go back. And can’t wait for the fall festival!!

What an amazing experience! This family ran farm gives you such an incredible, personal experience! The owners are truly the most compassionate and kind people you will meet. Our daughters were able to bottle feed calves, milked a goat and got to ride a horse. This is truly an amazing place! It would be the ideal place for events, weddings, portraits, etc. I HIGHLY recommend visiting! Thank you!!!

Rockhill Creamery

Rockhill Creamery cheeses are handcrafted by Pete Schropp and Jennifer Hines at our micro-dairy in Northern Utah. Our historic farm with its signature old granary is set in Cache Valley, where dairy farming and cheese making are long-standing traditions. All our raw milk cheeses are made in small batches using traditional cultures. They ripen in our underground aging room for at least 60 days to ensure the proper development and height of flavor. Their natural rinds allow the wheels to develop complex flavors as they age. We are firm believers in using natural, sustainable practices that will leave our little piece of paradise better than we found it. We are committed to the health of our animals and the well-being of our land.

We love Black Island Farms! We have been coming here for years. I have seen others complain about the prices, but you get what you pay for. They are really quite cheap compared to other mazes. There is so much fun to be had, so much to do. They have 3 different mazes, a hay ride to the pumpkin patch where you get to pick your own pumpkin (included in price) as well as slides and swings, turkey and pig races. I highly recommend bringing your family out here!!!!

Mistie Prill,

The best part about it is that it’s open Sundays (literally the only patch that is!). But even with it being the only one that’s open, it wasn’t overcrowded at 2PM (in fact, the tractor ride and two smaller slides didn’t even have lines). There’s parking on both the West and East sides of the street, but the maze and everything are on the West side. When you first walk into the gates, there are ticketing booths to the South and the Hayride line to the West. Buy your tickets first before going to the Hayride. Once past the ticketing booths, there is a small “farmer’s market” with several types of squash. Then comes The Courtyard, a big open field surrounded by pens of animals (calves, turkeys, pigs, goats, chickens/roosters, geese), a Turkey Race track, Piglet Race track, tire swings, three sizes of slides (slick plastic sheets overlaying haystacks or the largest is a big tube 2.5 stories up), a barrel tractor ride (adults under 250lbs can ride, too!), a corn kernel “sandbox,” and one little food truck. There’s live music by the food truck, which was kind of unfortunate placement in that ordering was made more difficult by the loud music. The food is a bit overpriced and my chicken tenders were still cold in the middle, but it was palatable. The Corn Maze is fun, though by this last weekend there were well-worn “shortcuts” from people just walking between the stalks, so it wasn’t as challenging. Overall, we had fun and my toddler nephews loved it, so we have made note to go back again next year! Maybe we’ll try to the Hayride because it looked fun (and it’s not a bad deal since it comes with a pumpkin that you pick out on the ride).

I was surprised at how much fun this place was to spend our Halloween. There was hardly anyone here. We played endlessly on the slides, loved the little train (we went twice), and had so much fun we didn’t even get time to go in the corn Maze. The hamburgers were DELICIOUS which I wasn’t expecting. We hung around the bonfire after dark and were very happy we spent our day at BIF.
