Have switched all my seasonings and spices to Aimees. Her blends are balanced, flavorful and takes guess work out of serving a good meal.
Love the Bloody Mary mix and the Rimrock Salt mixture. So much better than buying the liquid mix. You can make a drink whenever you want without worrying the mix will go bad.
Best spices/rubs out there! I smoke and grill a lot. Using Aimee’s makes everything I’ve tried so far taste fantastic. And her wild game rub is awesome.

Most of our ingredients come from Murray Market Farms, our own farm in Murray, Utah, where we specialize in quality heirloom produce, fresh herbs, and award winning spices made from local produce.
Our spices are made in small batches that allow us to pay close attention to each detail. Every onion, garlic, pepper and herb that fills our jars has been sliced, dried, crushed and blended by Chef Tony’s hands. The process is relatively simple, but long and complicated at the same time. The result is the pure freshness and flavor you’d expect from a farmer’s market.

I might be just a little bit kind of sorta hugely in love with garlic herb from Solstice Spicea! Yesterday I added it to simple cappellini pasta. The deposit was left there by a pristine ancient sea that covered much of North America millions of years ago.This ancient sea bed is is untouched by the pollutants found in modern day seas. Once it’s mined, we add nothing – no anti-caking agents, no dextrose – and we do not process or heat it, so Real Salt retains its natural trace elements.
The result is a natural product with great flavor that’s made right here in Utah and sold in grocery stores everywhere. We own the mine and oversee the entire process from mine to store shelf. This is the only salt I use. I like it because it enhances the flavor of food without being too salty. I also like the fact that it is all natural and it provides important trace nutrient that otherwise may be hard to obtain from a normal diet. I recommend this salt to everyone.
