Bennion Beef is a family owned and operated a cattle ranch in the west desert near Vernon, Utah. We want to serve you the best flavored and most tender beef in the state.
Local- Our cattle are born and spend their life on our ranch and pastures near Vernon, Utah.
Natural- Our cattle are certified “natural” meaning we do not use hormones or antibiotics. We vaccinate against disease and will administer medicine if a cow is sick, which then takes it out of the “natural” classification. Over 90 percent of our cattle are natural. We take care to handle our cattle humanely; let them roam the range freely.
Delicious- Our Angus cattle have graded prime and choice before we began introducing Angus and Wagyu bulls that are high in marbling and other beef quality characteristics.
Paizlee’s Grass Fed Beef offers the highest quality, sustainably raised, grass fed beef that Southern Utah has to offer. From our aged prime cut steaks, to our handmade small batch strip jerky; the decadent flavor and tenderness of our grass fed beef products will transport you back to the moment you first took a bite!
We hand select every cow we process right out of the field. For a cow to become a Paizlee’s cow, they have never been in a corral. Never have they found themselves being fed grains or any imported type of feed. If it doesn’t grow in their pasture, then they don’t eat it. Paizlee’s cows live a stress free life, they are all worked stress free in the traditional, horseback ways that have been handed down for generations. Slow and steady workings from horseback make these cows not only traditional in image and experience; but reduce, if not eliminate, any stress during the process of husbandry.
Our pasture-fed beef is raised the way nature intended with grass and whole grains. Every tender cut is all natural, antibiotic and hormone free, and locally raised. Cutting-edge testing lets us predict tenderness, flavor, marbling and temperament in all our beef. Our meat is dry-aged at least 21 days to ensure exquisite flavor and tenderness in every bite. We eliminate the guesswork, so you can be confident that every cut from Pleasant Creek Ranch is savory and delicious.
We have extensively studied pedigrees and traits and are now offering our unique breeding stock for sale. We are also selling high quality Boer goats.
Cross E Ranch is a family owned, 200 acre farm just North-West of Salt Lake City. We specialize in year-round festivals, education and raising pure-bred Black Angus beef. We are 5th and 6th generation Utah farmers carrying on the agriculture legacy which was left to us by our fore-fathers. Our primary mission is to educate our neighbors and friends about where food comes from and how important farming is to each of our lives. We also provide lots of FUN! We work hard but we also believe in enjoying what we do. We figure… we educate, nourish, and entertain at our unique ranch. We are always cattle ranchers/farmers and seasonally we become entertainers! We have festivals a few times a year: baby animals in the Spring, sunflowers in the Summer, and a corn maze and pumpkins in the Fall! We sell the amazing beef we raise and we are slowly adding veggies and other farm products. There is always something cool going on at the Ranch!
Amazing Evening at Cross E Ranch!! Their baby animal festival is sooo fun. We got to see calves, pigs and piglets, horses, all sorts of goats, bunnies and llamas!! My family and I went on an amazing hayride through their acreage to see all their cattle. We were able to see so so many baby calves and even got to witness a brand new baby calf trying to stand, still all slimy wet with umbilical cord hanging. Such a phenomenal experience!! Go check them out, you won’t regret it!!
We spent hours there for the baby animal festival. Totally amazing. All the baby animals were so dang cute. I wanted to take them all home. Had so much fun with the Easter egg hunt. All of the staff was super friendly. Food was yummy it was all around a great time. My kids didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to go back. And can’t wait for the fall festival!!
What an amazing experience! This family ran farm gives you such an incredible, personal experience! The owners are truly the most compassionate and kind people you will meet. Our daughters were able to bottle feed calves, milked a goat and got to ride a horse. This is truly an amazing place! It would be the ideal place for events, weddings, portraits, etc. I HIGHLY recommend visiting! Thank you!!!

We have enjoyed Jones Creek beef for some time now and it is excellent! You do need to educate yourself with cooking instruction but that’s quick and simple. You can not leave it lay out on the counter all day, like heavy chemical fed beef. Handle properly and enjoy the health benefits. Love your steaks YUM
I was so excited when i found 100% grass fed/finished pasture raised beef at walmart for a reasonable price. i don’t understand why some people say they didn’t like the taste. it tasted good to me. thanks for making it and thanks to Walmart for carrying it in the stores.
Purchased two filet mignons and was extremely impressed! We’ve purchased pricier filets at our local butcher and Jones Creek surpassed in quality! Tender, juicy steak without the high dollar price tag! Great job and you’ve earned a repeat customer. Thank you

At Heritage Family Gardens, we think growing vegetables naturally makes sense. If fruits and vegetables are grown naturally, without chemicals, and allowed to fully ripen on the plant, they will taste better and be more nutritious. We grow naturally (no pesticides, no herbicides, no -cides of any kind). We are not certified organic by the USDA, but our growing practices exceed organic standards.
Delicious and nutritious fruits and vegetables come from healthy soils. Over the years, we’ve proven our commitment to “growing” the healthiest soils to produce the tastiest produce. Taste our produce today for peak flavor and nutrients.
I really can not express how much I have loved my baskets! I was able to get them all the way through November! Such a treat. Vegetables are the most nutritious when they are fresh. To have the opportunity to get local, fresh out of the ground produce is the most nutritious way to eat. Not only is it fresh but it has never been sprayed with any pesticides. Organic and local, doesn’t get better than that. Staci and Mason are an absolute joy to talk to and their costumer service is on point. I am so thankful that they offer this service to our community! Really excited for next year!
Heritage Family Gardens is so much more than a place to get yummy and nutritious food, it is a place to find community, integrity and inspiration. My husband and I love our weekly ritual of driving to the farm to say hi to Stacey, Mason and the kids, meet the fresh ingredients that will pop up in our meals for the next week, and read the recipes and quotes in the newsletter that remind us how to take control of how we fuel our bodies and mind alike.
Our family had a great visit to Heritage Family Gardens. It was so fun for the kids to play and for the adults to explore the varieties of vegetables. The endless varieties of tomatoes was especially fun.
CHRISTIANSEN FAMILY FARM
175 E Sharp Road
Picked up our third time order of meat, and as usual it’s amazing.
I have been buying meat from Christiansen Family Farm for over five years now. I purchase a whole hog and a side of beef every December and give meat to my parents and sister for Christmas. My family loves the fact that the meat is not only delicious, but has been raised in a humane manner.
It’s nice to be able to feed my family quality pork that I know has been raised humanely and with care for the animals well-being. Their prices are equivalent or cheaper then grocery store and you are getting such better quality.
Lower In Fat and Calories than grain fed beef. A 6 oz steak from a grass fed steer has one half to one third the amount of fat and about 100 fewer calories than a 6 oz steak from a grain fed steer. Grass fed beef has about the same amount of fat as skinless chicken, wild deer or elk.
High in Omega 3s, or “Good” fats, as they are the most heart-friendly of all fats. People who have ample amounts of omega3s in their diet are less likely to have high blood pressure or an irregular heartbeat and are 50% less likely to suffer a heart attack. They are less likely to suffer from depression, schizophrenia, and Alzheimer’s disease. Studies show that these essential fats have slowed the growth of a wide array of cancers and also kept them from spreading. Omega 3s are only formed in the chloroplasts of green leaves and algae. 60% of the fatty acids in grass are omega 3s. When cattle are taken off omega 3 rich grass and shipped to a feedlot to be fattened on omega 3 poor grain, they begin losing their store of this beneficial fat.
Higher in Conjugated Linoleic Acid or CLA, another type of good fat. Grass fed beef contains 3 to 5 times more CLA than conventionally grass fed beef. CLA may be one of our most potent defenses against cancer. In studies, women who had the highest levels of CLA in their diet had 60% lower risk of breast cancer than those with the lowest.
