Mesa Farm Market

At Mesa Farm Market, we specialize in farmstead artisan cheese and dairy, meaning the milk used for our cheese and yogurt is the very milk our lady goats produce on our land. Each wheel of Mesa Farm goat’s milk cheese and each cup of yogurt has a sense of place – true Southern Utah terroir in each bite.

While the terroir of the area characterizes our cheese, the mission behind our work characterizes our business. We believe first and foremost in sustainability – sustainable agriculture is agriculture that produces abundant food without harming the environment or depleting resources. At Mesa Farm Market we strive to make our farm and community sustainable.

At our farm you can always find our award-winning goat cheeses, alongside fresh baked bread or world famous cinnamon rolls. During Utah’s peak farm season you can also find fresh salad greens and assorted veggies, as well as our handcrafted pesto. Our goat cheeses can also be found at select retail stores.

Gold Creek Farms

What makes our cheese extraordinary is that the milk for our cheeses comes directly and freshly from our own Brown Swiss cows, a cow chosen for its milk due to its rich, butter fat content. In addition, much of the cows’ feed is raised right on the farm. The cows are also fed “stillage” from Park City’s High West Distillery. This is a rich grain residue left over from High West’s whiskey-making process. We don’t know it scientifically, but we think the feed has something to do with the quality. In addition to two national awards and two World Championship awards for our smoked cheeses, we have many other new and delicious cheeses, including maple-basil cheddar; cherry-sage cheddar; cumin-cheddar; cow’s milk feta.

Beyond our awarding winning cheeses, you’ll also find natural bath and body products on our farm, including soaps, lotions and lip balms.
