Cherry Hill Farms is proud to provide high quality fruits and vegetables to consumers in our communities. We grow and sell Montmorency tart cherries, several varieties of peaches and apples, apricots, nectarines, and all kinds of fresh vegetables. Our vision and goals here at Cherry Hill Farms aren’t possible without our community members. Our fresh fruit is grown, picked, packaged, and sold with consumers in mind. Our products are full of vitamins and minerals that provide healthy food choices for people of all ages. We are about producing the best fruit possible, and we want the families in our community to enjoy it. We hope to continue our legacy as families and friends come together to enjoy Cherry Hill Farms’ fresh fruits and vegetables.

The Forbes Family Farm

We love connecting people in our community with locally grown food. We sell our produce through a Community Supported Agriculture model where families purchase a membership share and receive a box of fresh produce every week throughout the growing season along with an option to add-on a pasture-raised meat share. We grow over 70 different crops ranging from root veggies and greens to classics like tomatoes and cucumbers. Each week from May through October members receive approximately 8-12 produce varieties. The early weeks of the CSA will feature a variety of greens (lettuce, kale, arugula, spinach), root crops (radishes, carrots, beets, turnips) and peas, Swiss Chard, bok choy, green onions, herbs and garlic scapes. These boxes will be a bit smaller as produce is just coming on here in our high-altitude setting. As we move into the summer, your share will begin to include crops such as green beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, hot and sweet peppers, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, eggplant, summer squash, garlic and strawberries. By the fall we will also be able to include winter squash, apples, plums, melons, onions, leeks, fennel and potatoes.

All of our animals are raised out in the sunshine, moving to fresh grass daily. They are never given antibiotics or growth hormones. Most of our animals are heritage breed stock and are allowed to exhibit all the natural traits of their species. We raise chicken, ducks, turkeys, pigs, cattle and yaks.

We also run a guesthouse and covered wagons through Airbnb that allows us to share a piece of farm life with those looking to disconnect from the hustle and bustle. As a remote property along the scenic Sheep Creek Geological Loop, this is the perfect place for star gazers, outdoor adventurers, garden enthusiasts, and anyone looking to spend time on a working farm.

We’re passionate about teaching people how to confidently cook farm to table meals at home, so provide a variety of online courses and resources teaching people how to stock their kitchen, acquire the best ingredients, build a seasonal menu concept, and enjoy the Farm to Table experience at home.

Spring City Greens

Our microgreens are organically grown in soil for maximum nutrition in a controlled indoor environment year-round. Microgreens are packed with micronutrients, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and will add beautiful color, great flavor, and tastes to salads, sandwiches, soups or you can serve up and enjoy one of our super salad mixes.

One of our favorites is our longevity mix that may include Sunflower Shoots, Sweet Pea, Rambo Radish and our Spicy Mix of Arugula, Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi, Cabbage and Mustard microgreens. We also have our Original Mix, Sweet & Spicy Mix, Rainbow Mix, the Cleanse, the Healer and our Smoothie Boost Pak.

We also grow wheatgrass for juicing, seasonal produce and leafy greens that may include: Heirloom Tomatoes, Salad Mix, Baby Kale, Spinach, Cucumbers, and heat-loving peppers and berries in our high-tunnel. Utah Infinity Gardens

Our produce is grown with sustainable, natural practices in the field and in greenhouses. We offer a wide variety of seasonal vegetable crops: Heirloom tomatoes, Asian Greens, Tokyo Turnips, Fava Beans, Seasonal Salad Mixes, Eggplants, Cucumbers, Summer and Winter Squash and German Butterball Potatoes.

We also grow a year-round supply of leafy greens and delicious microgreens. Microgreens offer a fun, exciting way to add a nutritional punch to every meal. Microgreens fall somewhere between sprouts and baby greens on the growth scale. They are best known for their strong flavors, beautiful colors, and high concentrations of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

Green Canyon Farms

At Green Canyon Farms, we believe everyone deserves safe, fresh food, (the day you pick it kind of fresh). We know when you wait until food is ripe and it’s ready to pick, that you will get the best flavor and nutrition. We love our customers and our relationships we’ve built through the years. We want the best for them and work hard so they can have the best.

We save about 70 percent of our water using drip irrigation, which also helps our plants to be healthier. Healthier plants are less prone to diseases and insects and also produce beautiful produce. We grow corn, tomatoes, watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumbers, zucchini and yellow squash, red beets, cabbage, onions, hot peppers, bell peppers, potatoes, berries, 8 varieties of winter squash, and 30 varieties of pumpkins. New this year, lettuce, spinach, and micro greens!

Farm Yard Fresh

Farm Yard Fresh is a multi-generation, family-owned urban farm in Santaquin. We specialize in growing field greens, microgreens, and root veggies all on 1/2 acre in town. While that may seem small, you’ll find us in over 10 restaurants, at 2 farmers markets, and in our very own farm store. Borski Farms

Borski Farms CSA features a wide variety of fresh, organically grown vegetables, fruits, and herbs picked at the peak of ripeness. Look forward to herbs such as oregano, Italian parsley, basil, and sage.

Borski Farms CSA Program is 15 weeks long, starting in late June and ending in early October. One share contains a small amount (approximately 1 pound per item) of four to six different items per week.

Look forward to salad greens, peas, beets, garlic, squash, cherries, apricots, beans, corn, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, onions, carrots, peaches, raspberries, eggplant, potatoes, apples and melons throughout the summer months. We even offer jack-o-lanterns pumpkins in October. Visit us at our roadside stand, at the Salt Lake City Farmers Market, or become one of our CSA members.

Johnson Family Farms

Because of the care we take at Johnson Family Farms, we know that the produce you buy from our farm will be the best out there. From the day we plant to the minute you pick it up, we have been there every step of the way. We use the experience and expertise handed down through the generations to raise the best homegrown produce you can find. Backed by a long heritage of excellence, we are dedicated to providing a large variety of high-quality, healthy produce.

Our farm has fresh, seasonal vegetables from mid-July to December. Enjoy our Utah grown beets, broccoli, cucumbers, garlic, grapes, herbs (chives, cilantro, oregano) kale, lettuce, onions (red, white, yellow and sweet), peppers (anaheim, bell, banana and jalapeno), popcorn, potatoes (russet, red, yukon gold), pumpkins, sweet corn, squash (butternut, spaghetti, yellow, zucchini) tomatoes (roma and slicing), walnuts and watermelon (seeded and seedless; yellow, orange and red).

Find our sweet corn, pumpkins, winter squash and melons in participating retail stores from August to December, as well as our retail brand, River Meadow Farms for locally grown potatoes and onions. Visit our local produce farm stand in Logan where we offer our own farm fresh produce as well as other farm fresh goods, mid-July to October.

Frei’s Fruit Market

Frei’s Fruit Market is dedicated to selling fresh produce to travelers and locals. Some of our Utah vegetables you can find at our market include sweet corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini , yellow squash, Patty Pan squash, onions (red and yellow), cabbage, eggplant, tomatillos, jalapeño peppers, green peppers, Big Jim peppers, and yellow banana peppers.
