Utah Infinity Gardens

Our produce is grown with sustainable, natural practices in the field and in greenhouses. We offer a wide variety of seasonal vegetable crops: Heirloom tomatoes, Asian Greens, Tokyo Turnips, Fava Beans, Seasonal Salad Mixes, Eggplants, Cucumbers, Summer and Winter Squash and German Butterball Potatoes.

We also grow a year-round supply of leafy greens and delicious microgreens. Microgreens offer a fun, exciting way to add a nutritional punch to every meal. Microgreens fall somewhere between sprouts and baby greens on the growth scale. They are best known for their strong flavors, beautiful colors, and high concentrations of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

Amazing produce! Everything is fresh and tastes great. The sweet corn and peaches are fantastic. Friendly service and good prices. Would recommend for your seasonal produce.” – Adam Smith, Google Review

Fresh local fruits & vegetables. I highly recommend.” – Janice Jalober, Google Review

This is my go to place to shop for tomatoes and fresh corn. The corn this year has been fantastic! And I have loved eating a fresh tomato each day. The price for the tomatoes is comparable to other places. The corn is a bit more but you just can’t beat the freshness. They bring it in straight from the field. I have not had a bad ear yet, it’s not old, immature and I haven’t seen a single worm or bug. I am very picky about my corn and this corn is very clean and flavorable. I highly recommend this place, it’s well worth the drive.” – Carrie Davis, Google Review

Green Canyon Farms

At Green Canyon Farms, we believe everyone deserves safe, fresh food, (the day you pick it kind of fresh). We know when you wait until food is ripe and it’s ready to pick, that you will get the best flavor and nutrition. We love our customers and our relationships we’ve built through the years. We want the best for them and work hard so they can have the best.

We save about 70 percent of our water using drip irrigation, which also helps our plants to be healthier. Healthier plants are less prone to diseases and insects and also produce beautiful produce. We grow corn, tomatoes, watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumbers, zucchini and yellow squash, red beets, cabbage, onions, hot peppers, bell peppers, potatoes, berries, 8 varieties of winter squash, and 30 varieties of pumpkins. New this year, lettuce, spinach, and micro greens!

Visit us at our farm stands, subscribe to our weekly CSA box or find our seasonal produce in select grocery stores.

Frog Bench Farms

Frog Bench Farms (FBF) is an organic urban farm nestled into the Wasatch foothills of Salt Lake City growing a little under two acres of high quality veggies, herbs, fruits, cut flowers, nuts, micro/petite greens and edible flowers since 2012. Our business model thrives on building local chef relations, who prepare our produce in beautiful ways for their eateries.

Whenever possible all plants are started from seed. We utilize cold frames, low/high hoop houses and our 2800 square foot greenhouse to grow year round. Our small organization sells to local restaurants and food trucks in a 15 mile radius.

Our operation relies heavily on solar power, a water collection system, composting, crop rotation, beneficial insects, and cover crops. These are better for the environment and create a better tasting product when it hits your plate!

Sometimes it’s not the quantity produced, but rather the quality of the product. Here at Frog Bench Farms we focus on bringing the most delicious ingredients to our local chefs.

The quality of produce grown by these lovely people is second to none, it is the best Salt Lake City has to offer! I love knowing these two care for the earth and soil as much as they do for the vegetables they grow.

Just made potato salad with your garlic scapes. OMG it is amazing!!!!!
Thank you SO MUCH for introducing me to scapes. I have added them to a bunch of my old standby dishes as well as trying the things you suggested. I don’t know what I did before scapes. They are so good and add to everything I try them in!

Houweling’s Tomatoes

Houweling’s Tomatoes is a family-owned greenhouse tomato farm producing year-round locally grown tomatoes. Our tomatoes and cucumbers are grown from third-party verified 100 percent non-GMO seeds.

As a grower, we sense plants’ needs by walking the greenhouse every day, watching and observing, getting in touch with the crop. Craftsman’s care can be found in everything we do, from seeding through propagation, growing, nurturing, picking, packing, shipping, servicing customers and bringing the best-tasting tomatoes to the table. You don’t have to take our word for it; our tasty tomatoes do the talking.

In our quest for perfection, we have become world-renowned as a pioneer of technologies that improve sustainability, food safety, yields, and consistency. Newly-erected Ultra-Clima® Greenhouses help to optimize conditions that allow our crops to flourish—the right temperatures, humidity, light, carbon dioxide levels. Herbicides are never used in the greenhouse and pesticide-use is a last resort.

These tomatoes ????  are so delicious I feel like I’m eating candy. These are the best I’ve ever had, and I grew up in the San Joaquin Valley where we ate a lot of fresh from the field ones. Don’t change anything!

Absolutely the most delicious tomatoes I’ve ever eaten in my life! I’m not ashamed to admit I almost ate an entire package by myself. Also, was very excited to see both a date and location of the tomatoes’ harvest and packaging (Mona, UT, 24 April 2015). Glad to know where my food comes from!
