Casey Staker created Zest to combine his passion for organic cuisine with original cocktails and live deejays. Zest started as an outgrowth of a daytime pursuit of cooking classes, during which he received his executive certification in raw foods.
We opened the restaurant in 21012 in response to the lack of restaurants that focus on organic and healthy foods. We are a staple when you need a solid healthy, tasty meal, taking full advantage of the ingredients used in both the kitchen and bar, and remaining dedicated to providing great tasting, organic, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options to a city where few exist.
