All of our products fully comply with the paleo plan, which means they are grain-free, wheat-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, legume-free, soy-free, naturally sweetened, and free of artificial and refined sugars.
We only use non-GMO ingredients.

From the amazing bread (I’m a fan of the cinnamon raisin!), to cookies that are moist and tasty, everything is both good tasting and good for you. The Loaf was founded in November of 2017 in San Diego, CA, and relocated to Salt Lake City, UT in the Spring of 2018.
After running production out of an incubator kitchen for a month, The Loaf established its own bakery in Murray, UT in July 2018.
The growing and thriving food entrepreneur community of Salt Lake City has been a wonderful place for this young company to plant its roots.
