Leafy Greens, Microgreens and Seasonal Produce

Our microgreens are organically grown in soil for maximum nutrition in a controlled indoor environment year-round. Microgreens are packed with micronutrients, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and will add beautiful color, great flavor, and tastes to salads, sandwiches, soups or you can serve up and enjoy one of our super salad mixes.

One of our favorites is our longevity mix that may include Sunflower Shoots, Sweet Pea, Rambo Radish and our Spicy Mix of Arugula, Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi, Cabbage and Mustard microgreens. We also have our Original Mix, Sweet & Spicy Mix, Rainbow Mix, the Cleanse, the Healer and our Smoothie Boost Pak.

We also grow wheatgrass for juicing, seasonal produce and leafy greens that may include: Heirloom Tomatoes, Salad Mix, Baby Kale, Spinach, Cucumbers, and heat-loving peppers and berries in our high-tunnel. The passion for growing healthy living food started when I lost my brother Brent in 1999 to cancer – he was only 55 years old. Taking a closer look in the mirror and realizing that I was overweight and eating un-healthy, I started some intense research and decided to jump on the raw living food wagon and reverse my poor health and eating habits.

I started with a small garden and indoor grow space (kitchen) and started growing microgreens and wheatgrass for juicing. While perfecting my growing techniques and enjoying some of the best homegrown salads and green smoothies I lost close to 100 pounds and never felt more alive and energized.
With my new passion for health and helping others, the idea of providing nutrient-dense and healing foods to the community grew naturally. But, needing more space than just the kitchen table, I decided to purchase a small 4-acre farm and move to rural Utah to start a small farm in Historic Spring City, Utah, just blocks from my late Grandma Annie’s historic brick home.
Spring City Greens offers free home delivery routes covering Sanpete County. We harvest every Wednesday and deliver fresh to your door on Thursday and Friday, depending on your location.
