Small-batch hard cider made from Utah-grown fruit

Scion Cider is Utah’s fourth hard cider producer, focused on small-batch in-house production utilizing Utah grown apples and juice blends provided by our orchardist / owner, Jordan Riley. Rotating batches of cider produced in our small Salt Lake City facility will be featured on draft at Scion Cider Bar and available for package sales (Sundays included) while supplies last.

Scion Cider Bar otherwise features products from all other Utah hard cider producers, select Utah craft beer and spirits, in addition to over 200 craft ciders imported from small orchards and urban cideries across the US, Canada, the UK, France, Spain and Sweden.
