Manoli’s reinterprets Greek cuisine by using fresh, local and seasonal products. All dishes are prepared from scratch, emphasizing the importance of seasonal and local bounty.
As a neighborhood restaurant, we believe a small plates menu allow customers a greater variety and an elevated sense of community through sharing.

What an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in there were familiar faces and welcoming smiles. The food was absolutely divine and perfectly paired. The cocktail was on point and the open kitchen made me feel like I was at home. Manoli’s brings a sophisticated ambiance and a comfortable dining experience from beginning to end. What an enormous asset to the Salt Lake food scene.
The food was outstanding as were the drinks. Our octopus was perfection. Our service however, was marginal. I will definitely go back again and hope it was a one off. I would love to see some Greek beer added to the menu!
Exceptional food, service, cocktail, and wine menu. Suprisingly affordable. Highliy recommend.

Owner and chef Manoli Katsanevas grew up in the restaurant business. His family owns Crown Burger, and he began working there at age 13 washing dishes and busing tables. He went on to get his culinary degree from Salt Lake Community College and then worked in some of Salt Lake’s finest kitchens, including Fresco and Caffe Niche, where he says he really came to love the farm-to-table movement. He and his wife, Katrina Cutrubus, began Manoli’s Catering based on opportunity, but they knew they eventually wanted to open a restaurant. Together, they launched Manoli’s in September 2015 near Liberty Park.
