Picked up their food from Spice Kitchen Incubator.
Had the Jerk Chicken plate. Chicken was moist and tender. Jerk spice had a nice to kick to it as was delicious. The rice and beans were very tasty. Would definitely eat their food again.
I tried the jerk chicken quesadilla at the Winter Farmer’s market this past weekend and was blown away! It was a truly elevated quesadilla- I’ve never had rice in a quesadilla before but it was an amazing addition. The guacamole and cilantro sauce were delicious compliments and the plantains on the side were perfect. I’m already on the lookout for their food truck so I can try more.

Originating in Jamaica, Chef Donovan has been working hard in the kitchen since he was 16. He started as a dishwasher then was mentored by a chef who inspired him to attend culinary school. For the past 20 years, Chef Donovan has been living and working in the United States and believes that Salt Lake City is a great place to raise his children and operate his business.
