Silas and Alex
Silas and Alex – two fellow New England’ers who met out in the bigger mountains of Utah. Together the two share a passion for the outdoors, healthy food, and community. The need for more local, fresh, and healthy food inspired the couple to start this adventure.
In their first year as a business, Inspire Roots ran a successful Kickstarter campaign to raise money. The initial concept was not a food truck, but a healthy food delivery service in Park City. After some logistical complications, the two decided it was best to turn their business into a food truck. Silas, who has a background in engineering, took charge of the construction, while Alex worked on marketing and business development.
Together, they are well on their way to a successful venture. Their hopes are to inspire a new generation that appreciates local farm-to-table pizza. Come find Inspire Roots food truck, and give their artisan pizza made in a custom wood-fired oven a try!
