Master Chef Katie Mercier started Eiffel Tower Catering in 1978. Located in Salt Lake City, the business started out as a retail business specializing in exquisite international gourmet cuisines, amazing artistic food presentations and outstanding floral arrangements.
In 2000, after having taught everything she knows about running the business and sharing her culinary techniques with then executive chef Tom Vanderbeek, Eiffel Tower Fine Catering was formally turned over to him. For nearly 40 years, we have specialized in gourmet menus, floral arrangements, and a unique visually artistic presentation.
