Awesome atmosphere and delicious pistachio gelato. I love the fascinating art on the wall and under the glass of the tables. It’s a great place for families, young people, and even a 54-year-old woman like me to hang out! I love places like this that are obviously one-of-a-kind cool AND inviting for anyone.
My first time there and I’ll be coming back soon! Great gelato served by a very friendly staff and a cool place to kick back and enjoy it.
Might be the best ice cream I’ve ever had. I especially loved the Almond Fig flavor. The macarons were the best I’ve ever had. They were the only I’ve every had, but still!

After learning the craft from Italian artisans, a husband and wife duo – a designer and an artist – decided to bring gelato to Salt Lake City. Since 2006, Dolcetti has been Utah’s only authentic artisan gelato cafe. You’ll also find our smooth, creamy gelatos on the menus of many fine restaurants.
We blend imported Italian flavors, choosing the best that each area in Italy has to offer, such as pistachio, hazelnut, tiramisu, gran caffe, amerena (wild cherry) and Pernigotti chocolate. We also celebrate with fresh, seasonal flavors throughout the year, embracing the fresh fruits bursting from farmers markets for delicious sweetness. Free from heavy creams, Dolcetti creates delicate and exotic flavors. Whereas traditional ice creams add air to increase volume, gelato’s extreme density gives intense flavor and a smooth, creamy texture, with one-third the fat.
