USU Student Organic Farm
The USU Student Organic Farm is managed and run by students while receiving technical support and mentoring from Dr. Jennifer Reeve and other USU faculty members.
The USU Student Organic farm provides an opportunity for students to learn all aspects of running a successful certified organic market garden and CSA (community supported agriculture) program while well as working together and with members of the community. Our CSA shares come in two sizes, full and half. Half shares provide enough veggies for 2-3 people while full shares will feed approximately 4-6 depending on level of veggie consumption. Shareholders will receive fresh produce weekly beginning May through September, averaging at 20 weeks of locally grown, organic produce!
Reap the benefits of our fruitful harvests on campus every Wednesday from 11:00 am -1:30 pm on the TSC Plaza! (Beginning with starts for your own garden as early as mid-April and fresh produce until early October).
