Wes and Nikki Crandall and their three little kiddos, along with an employee or two, join many hard working, Utah family ranchers, in the commitment to bring you the highest-quality lamb through a network of amazingly talented Utah chefs and vendors. We feel blessed that we have the chance to work with the people who own and run their own businesses and choose to provide local meat to their customers. We also feel blessed that we get to meet so many great people who love buying local, quality, delicious meat, and who teach us so much about the great communities we are a part of.
