An urban farm tucked away in West Valley City. We grow leafy greens, root veggies, herbs, tomatoes, squash, peppers, melons sweet corn and more. We always strive to use natural, non-synthetic methods of control and fertilization. Good for our bellies. Good for the earth.
We accommodate those of all ages. We offer specialty sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, salads and soups for lunch and for dinners we have pasta, seafood, steaks, ribs and prime rib. We smoke pulled pork, turkey breasts, brisket, ribs, wings and prime rib. Our foods are served on our own buns and rolls that are baked fresh daily.
Chef Shamy makes gourmet butters including garlic butter and honey butters from 100% grade all natural dairy butter that is non GMO and has no rBst's. It includes all natural ingredients with no chemical preservatives. We encourage healthy eating by using our butters to add flavor to fresh vegetables and meats.
