The Blue Boar Inn & Restaurant is one of Utah’s most venerable dining and establishments. Executive Chef Eric May pairs modern-day favorites with fundamental American and European ingredients and cooking methods. May uses only the freshest and finest ingredients to create his signature dishes which change with the seasons. The Inn’s menu features many dishes with local and organic ingredients.
We provide humanely raised, pastured pork and grass-finished beef, organic vegetables, and all natural goat products. We also host educational and entertainment experiences in a setting that brings culture, families, and farm activities together. These activities include riding lessons, sustainable farming activities for children, and fun with our exceptionally friendly goats. We also have a farm store, a CSA, and grounds for children's groups including lawns with picnic tables.
Valley Floral is a Raw Summer Wildflower Honey, with dark amber color and full bodied natural flavor. This honey is produced from nectar gathered in July and August from farm acreage in the western Utah Valley. It's richer color and deeper flavor reflect the robust blossoms found only in the heat of summer. This sunshine-soaked honey goes great in Greek-style yogurt, or drizzled over buttery morning French toast.
