The Blue Boar Inn & Restaurant is one of Utah’s most venerable dining and establishments. Executive Chef Eric May pairs modern-day favorites with fundamental American and European ingredients and cooking methods. May uses only the freshest and finest ingredients to create his signature dishes which change with the seasons. The Inn’s menu features many dishes with local and organic ingredients.
The Benson Grist Mill is an historic site containing historical buildings, including the Mill, which was built in 1854. We hold a Farmers Market annually on our site as a way to invite the community to visit our site and also for local growers to sell their produce and other products.
