The Blue Boar Inn & Restaurant is one of Utah’s most venerable dining and establishments. Executive Chef Eric May pairs modern-day favorites with fundamental American and European ingredients and cooking methods. May uses only the freshest and finest ingredients to create his signature dishes which change with the seasons. The Inn’s menu features many dishes with local and organic ingredients.
The USU Student Organic Farm is a student run farm and CSA. The farm provides an opportunity for students to acquire the many skills critical to creating a successful market or backyard garden. The farm produce is sold on campus every week, and through our CSA share program. Proceeds go to support the student farm in terms of operating expenses, equipment purchases and student internships.
We offer the best tasting gourmet frozen desserts from the refreshing Italian ice to the creamy chocolate or Vanila custard and other artisan treats that are sure to make you crave and come back for more.
