We are a manufacturer of corn-based food products. One of our main products lines are tortilla chips. Manuel’s Fine Foods is an industry leader in the intermountain area providing corn based food products to the foodservice and retail trade. Our current manufacturing plant is located in Woods Cross Utah. The focus of our company business plan is to provide high quality food products to the retail foodservice industry.
The Rico Brand manufactures De La Olla beans along with salsas and guacamole, flour and corn tortillas, burritos, tamales, enchiladas and more, which are available in nearly 75 specialty stores. All products, are fresh, authentic, handmade, and preservative-free: The Rico Way.
The Utah CoOp is a member-owned and operated food store-- an alternative to commercial profit-oriented business. As members, we contribute our Ideas and working together builds trust through cooperation and teamwork and enables us to keep prices as low as possible within the context of our values and principles. All residents of Utah are members and may shop, and we share responsibilities and benefits equally. We strive to be a responsible and ethical neighbor. We are a buying agent for our members and not a selling agent for any Industry. We are a part of and support the cooperative movement. We offer a diversity of products with an emphasis on organic, minimally processed and healthful foods. We seek to avoid products that depend on the exploitation of others. We are a team of friends passionate about urban agriculture. We have a 35-foot bus converted into a mobile greenhouse used for educating the community about urban agriculture, sustainability, and healthy eating, and our intent is to create a fun, hands-on approach to gardening.
