May uses only the freshest and finest ingredients to create his signature dishes which change with the seasons. The Inn’s menu features many dishes with local and organic ingredients.
An urban farm tucked away in West Valley City. We grow leafy greens, root veggies, herbs, tomatoes, squash, peppers, melons sweet corn and more. We always strive to use natural, non-synthetic methods of control and fertilization. Good for our bellies. Good for the earth.
