Blue Moose Sweet Shoppe is a manufacturer of premium copper-kettle fudge and hand-dipped chocolates. Our gourmet products are hand-made using only the finest ingredients including imported Belgian chocolate. It’s a difference you can taste in every bite of our delicious treats. Once sampled by consumers, our products basically sell themselves.
We work with independent “operators” who sell Blue Moose products in events such as festivals, craft fairs, and gun shows. The sole focus of our business is to help our operators be successful.
The Blue Boar Inn & Restaurant is one of Utah’s most venerable dining and establishments. Executive Chef Eric May pairs modern-day favorites with fundamental American and European ingredients and cooking methods. May uses only the freshest and finest ingredients to create his signature dishes which change with the seasons. The Inn’s menu features many dishes with local and organic ingredients.
