Buchanan’s pancake and waffle mix is a blend of 100% whole wheat and unbleached flour. It contains no preservatives and is a self-rising mix. It is a very healthy mix as it has 0% fat, cholesterol, saturated fat and trans fat. The mix is best with milk and eggs added, however, it can be combined with water if preferred
We use raspberries from our farm and other local fruit to make delicious and healthy jams, jellys, syrups, sweet pepper sauces, bakery fillings, and smoothy mixes. We also offer gluten-free thickeners and an instant jam mix. Our new facility in Salem allows us to co-pack dry mixes and hot filled products in bottles or pouches.
