The Blue Boar Inn & Restaurant is one of Utah’s most venerable dining and establishments. Executive Chef Eric May pairs modern-day favorites with fundamental American and European ingredients and cooking methods. May uses only the freshest and finest ingredients to create his signature dishes which change with the seasons. The Inn’s menu features many dishes with local and organic ingredients.
We are a motel/steakhouse located in Torrey, UT close to Capitol Reef National Park. We serve local beef and make everything from scratch. We specialize in several cuts of beef, but we also serve salmon, ahi tuna, chicken cordon blu and a variety of gluten free and vegetarian options. We also have our own bakery, where we make our own ice cream and all of the desserts, pastries and bread for our steakhouse.The Branding Iron Bakery also supplies our bakery outlet, The Sweet Saloon located just down the hill from our motel/steakhouse.
